Encyclopedophile Dramaticunt (also known as ED) is an online encyclopedia than anyone can edit. It is a "parody" website which advocates free speech, piracy and unfunny trolling.

ED shows how clever and topical it is by using 200 year old racial stereotypes, not discussing anything outside of the internet and swearing all the time.
