I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow in the knee.

....then I took an arrow to the knee.

My life changed when that happened. I was one of Skyrim's best adventurers. I was fearless, strong, and quite attractive to the ladies. I was so famous that there were many who would hire assassins to slay me, who of course ultimately fail. Now I'm just some guard whose job is to protect the city as well as its Jarl, which is a very boring job. I should be out there fighting dragons and giants, searching for treasure, slaying bandits and Forsworn, and getting drunk with my fellow comrades, not walking around dealing with petty thieves and drunken Nords. You seem interested to hear my story. I see it in your eyes. You want to hear it? Great! Well take a seat, and have a drink on me. It's quite a story, full of adventure, love, and tragedy.

It start off thirty years ago....

I was born in Skyrim, like any true Nord[edit | edit source]

My mother gave birth to me in Windhelm, same place where great Ulfric Stormcloak, the true King of Skyrim, was born. My mother said that when I was conceived, a star fell from the sky, and landed in an Imperial, damn them, camp. My mother said it was an amazing sight, watching all those Imperials, damn them, squirm like maggots. The local court wizard said it was a sign of greatness that would someday bestow upon me. Of course it didn't happen right away. As a boy I was quite a prankster. I entertained myself by pulling the pants of unlucky citizens down whent they were least expecting, scaring travelers with fake stories about a dangerous ghost in the town, and dressing up as a troll with my friends. We got in a lot of trouble with the guards, but they were never successful at stopping me from getting away. My father was an adventurer and went every Morndas to go with his fellow companions on adventures, and comes back every Turdas. He told me great stories of his adventures, and show me all the things he collected. He was a great man, a true Nord, and a loving father.

My adventure days start....[edit | edit source]
