ElCool is spanglish for The Cool.
Nothing is cooler than ElCool, it is THE definition of Cool. People who may claim otherwise are pagans and heretics, and will be treated as such and hung from my toilet seat. You may do and say things that ElCool does and says, but if you say or do what ElCool doesn't do or say, then you cannot do or say as ElCool does or says. If ElCool decides something is cool, then it is, until then, it is not considered cool.
