Dr. Giblets is otherwise known as john to his friends. But since his recent operation he is know known as Martha Mcjiggly. His operation if your were wondering what it was, was not a sex change (he just changed his name cos his old one was shit) he actually had a dildo grafted onto both of his hands so it would look like he was holding lightsabers all the time. However the operatio went horribly wrong he know looks like he has spacking extendo flydd arms.Martha Mcjiggly does have a few friends most of them are imaginary and they dont really exist,dont tell him i said that those dildo flydd arms hurt A LOT! His best reall friend a man called Richard Macbeige. This is what one of his imaginary friends look like (yes they look weird but it is not his fault that someone fed horse tranquilisers when he was 5 1/2 years old. In reality Dr. Giblets ( Martha Mcjiggly) is actually Mr. T's wife and something that is not a surprise to most of you is that Mr.T is actually gay, (did you really think that under all of his jewellery was just skin, well the answer is no he is actually hiding a hideous birthmark that says gay right across his neck, i say birthmark i really mean thoughtful tattoo. Martha Mcjiggly is a very strict conservative and likes nothing more than a good old pair of black socks to keep her dildo arms nice and warm i the winter.
