Capitol City is the capital of the state of Nowhere. It's the city which Underdog defends. It's also the birthplace of Capitol Punishment.

Capitol City was founded in 1716 by some Polish people.
Mascot[edit | edit source]
Their mascot is the Capitol City Goofball. He loves scaring children, acting goofy, pretending to be old, doing hits, talking about random stuff, and bologna like that. He is 1,253 years old, and was born in a cave. He is the retired version of Elvis Costello. He is the mascot for the Capitol City Football Team, the Capitol City Baseball Team, and the Capitol City government. BOOOO! THE GOVERNMENT! What's with those boneheads in the Government, anyways. Oh yeah, it's all Governor Bailey's fault. Mostly, because she's a ****************, and does not ****************, like her predecessor, the Governator.
