It is signed by some organization called CEDA (A rather flimsy reference to FEMA) and adds a disclaimer that Zombies will probably kill you along the way before you can get to Virgin Farm. Another disclaimer adds that Virgin Farm does not contain any real virgins, so it was all a marketing joke made up by CEDA so they could laugh at you. > The Bastards. Whatever.
