A bill was proposed to our alien overlords this past week and was just accepted today. It is now legal to decapitate someone in public.

The people reacted surprisingly well. Today is now "Decapitation Festival" in New Orleans. Decapitation Festival includes many booths with olden style axe wielders and blood bath dunk games (Instead of just falling, they throw knives, too!) There are food stands featuring "Blade Tacos" and "Slit Throat Hot Dogs."

To remember the lost lives, decapitation festival will never be repeated. This means you missed out for a once in a life time chance to have some real fun! A memorial will be constructed with all the names also including sharp edges.
