Humour:	6	It's not bad, but a little bit predictable for me... The list of "ugly people" especially so, well factual really. In the UK we talk about "falling out of the ugly tree, and hitting every branch on the way down", maybe you could use that somewhere.. I liked the bit about using beer to cure ugliness, how about side effects of using the drug? Only a temporary cure? Risk of waking up in the morning next to an ugly person? What about taking a blindfold with you if your on a date with an ugly person?
Concept:	8	I like the concept of treating ugliness as a illness. What about plastic surgery? You could have a "joke" section showing people who have had "botched" plastic surgery, showing before and after photos. Drastic action? People putting paper bags over their heads to go out in public when they temporarily turn particularly ugly? I think there is scope to make use of category's here also, its up to you...
Prose and formatting:	5	First of all, you need more links. It's OK in some places, but there are large sections which do not contain any links at all, that's not going to cut it. I think you could maybe use the links you do add to link to a mix of very attractive and ugly people, just an idea. Your writing style seems to match the concept quite well, but I think there are a few places here and there where you switch between first person and encyclopedic style. If you sort that it will be fine.
Images:	5	Not too bad, if a little predictable, for me the Bill gates pic did seem a bit lame. I would like to see a pic at the top next to the first paragraph myself. If you have hopes of getting this featured one day you will need that for the front page. Maybe expand the first paragraph a little to accommodate this. Hopefully you will like some of my suggestions and can maybe use pics for them. Basically, just having pics of well know ugly people is not really that funny, well to me anyways...

Final Score:	30	Genneraly I think you have taken a fair stab at what is actually quite a good concept. There is defiantly room for improvement however if you want this article to become the "de facto" article on ugliness for Uncyc (which I think it can). Try to keep it away from the obvious a little and come up with a few genuinely new ideas of your own to add and I think this has the potential to be very good. Enjoy.
