Why not write an article on Sigur Ros before writing an article on one of their albums? —Sir Guildensternenstein 03:08, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

hum, on the french désencyclopédie, there was already an article about sigur ros, so I had to write on one of their album to keep the joke... and kept it on the album for the translation. but, you know, that's not such a big deal, right ? --Artough 12:56, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, I suppose not. Although they are an excellent band. I've got ( ) and Ágætis Byrjun, both of which are fantastic. I like ( ) better, but that's just me. —Sir Guildensternenstein 04:59, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
hum... ok, since you love the band so much, why not review this article ? --Artough 00:09, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
Humour: 7 It's fairly amusing, I must say. I enjoy how things becoome gradually more and more ridiculous as the article progresses. It's a fairly simple, but effective comedic concept, and if that's what you're doing, then there's not much room for improvement, at least at the conceptual level.

As far as specific things are concerned, your use of images is great; don't change a thing. The random "bgaaaah!" type noises don't work so well, I think, so I would consider an alternative if I were you. In addition, I'm not entirely sure what the still from 2001 is doing at the end.

Concept: 6 Presenting an album experience through picures is interesting, and it works very well. However, I'm dinking a few points for the notablility factor. There's not even an Uncyc. article on Sigur Ros, so the fact that you've got an article on, like, their third-best album seems sort of silly. I understand that this is based on an article from the French Uncyc., but still. However, the concept of presenting an album through pictures is good, like I said before.
Prose and formatting: 5 This article was translated from French. Not surprisingly, it reads like it's been awkwardly translated from French. A somewhat-colloquial tone translated from another language will almost certainly sound awkward when translated, and so I'd suggest either A) learing to speak English better or B) get a native speaker to fix things up for you a bit, as this article needs that. The formatting is fine, though, as the article is organized simply enough with one section for each song.
Images: 9 This article derives most of its humor from the pictures, and there's certainly nothing wrong with that. Th random ones near the end are actually quite good, and juxtapose well with the very beautiful ones near the beginning. The duck ones are particularly amusing. Really not much to improve upon, except for cleaning up the captions--some of which, again, sound like they've been awkwardly translated from French to English, mostly because, well, they have.
Miscellaneous: 6 Average-ish.
Final Score: 33 Make this sound like it wasn't awkwardly translated from another lanuage, and you've got a solid article.
