HowTo:Build a Pyramid of Skulls[edit source]

Humour: 5.9 section through section, I guess.
  • Intro (7)

uuuhh, ooookaaaayyyy... That was weird.

  • 1 Planning Step 1: What type of Pyramid? (6)

You're talking about the shape of the pyramid. Yeah not exactly "comedy gold".

  • 2 Planning Step 2: The Height (6)

Not not-funny, but also not well written.

  • 3 Planning Step 3: Choose a Construction Site (7)

okay. The problem with all these things is they're too short, but we'll get to that in the prose section. If you had grouped them together your score would've been higher.

  • 4 Planning Step 4: Building Method (0)

uuugghhhhh... not good.

  • 5 Building Step 1: Collecting Materials (10)

that's what this article should be about.

  • 6 Building Step 2: Putting it Together (6)

And we're back to talking about pyramids.

  • 7 Building Step 3: Finishing Touches (4)

shhhhhhhhhorrrrtttt. very short and therefore not enough funny.

  • 8 Presenting the Gift (10)

There ya go. Being funny's not that hard, is it?

  • 9 Warning (3)

just a list.

Concept: 8 It's original, it doesn't have any randomness. Good job on that, IP address! However, -2 point for having a concept that doesn't lend itself well to a long article. How long could an article on building a pyramid be anyways?
Prose and formatting: 7 The sections are way too short which gives it a clunky look, but you had good grammar, punctuation, all that jazz.

Images: 0 You had no pictures! Get busy, man, and take a picture of your own pyramid of skulls!
Miscellaneous: 5.2 avg of the other scores.
Final Score: 26.1 right now it's crap mostly because you had no pictures! If you had 2 pictures your final score would've been at least 36.1! I hope I helped. Talk to me about anything you're confused about. Here's the advice I have:
  • Leave out the talk about the pyramids. It's lame.
  • put your sections together. We don't need to be led through this article like we're little kids.
  • more talk about the "gathering of materials" as you called it.
  • The downside is the concept itself. See my comment on that: it's not ever going to be very long.
  • The article will become shorter, but you chose this weird idea, man. Stick to it and it'll get better.
