Romartus--The purpose of the Sources section is to point your readers to actual articles on which you based your story. Sometimes it isn't even necessary to visit those links; the titles of the articles indicate what the real news was that prompted the hoax news. The purpose of the section is not merely to obey some required form. Your two sources were fake (generic pointers to financial publications), because there were no sources. This is why I substituted {{Original}}. Spıke ¬ 14:57 14-Jun-10

Ok. I thought as both these are behind paywalls - even pointing to a similar article on there would eventually result in a broken link. Not that I actually checked...--Laurels.gifRomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 15:00, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

The site myway.com is the one I use for citations. If you really need a source, you can find an article there on someone's credit-rating downgrade. By comparison, I've been told that web links to yahoo.com quickly become unusable. But the point is, your article was not a parody of any actual news article, but inspired by the general financial situation; so no formal sources are required. Spıke ¬ 15:11 14-Jun-10
