You explode. The resulting explosion explodes the pipe. You are washed out of the sewers with the current and into the river. The river then flows into the bay. The bay then flows into the sea. The sea flows back into the river. Then the river flows into the ocean! You end up in Antarctica. There you freeze. Luckily since you are a water grue you turn into an ice grue. But your heart you got as a transplant from a normal grue that you killed is about to explode from the cold.
