Scores 72 hits on Google. I've checked them all, most are misspellings of "generosity" but some uses indicate that this word does have a meaning. Apparently you can encounter it when doing a cross-country trek, and it is also a quality of pictures ("Excellent genosity"). It is also used in conjunction with a true scientific article: "Quantitative Determinations of Rhythmicity in Organisms". Also, genosity itself can be tragic. Dictionary.com doesn't know it though, and comes up with this response:

I do not think this word should be included in this list. I had not seen this word before i read this list, and have managed to work it into many conversations (both hilarious and otherwise), and even on one occatsion has it been sucessful. 'Abdicake out of will, or i shall force you to abdicake!'
