This is hilarious. --Repairman Jack 11:53, 24 May 2005 (EDT)

It's hilarious and educational. Great job. --Rcmurphy 01:44, 25 May 2005 (EDT)

Simply excelent. Though, you forgot the old "If Your Hand is Bigger then your Face Your really smart" and the old "Hold your fist in front of your face while i pull on it. You try to resist and see if your stronger then me" --Dave 12:07, 25 May 2005 (EDT)

I'm going with the "Let's see who can hit the softest" gag.--slack 17:26, 26 May 2005 (EDT)

Umm seriously guys, dog Faeces? they didn't pull a dog's face off and put it in a bag... that's a bit extreme for a childish prank...oh wait, is that how you guys spell feces?--slack 16:24, 2 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I thought that's how the Romans spelled it....but you might want to ask Sterculius...--RadicalX 18:40, 8 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I think a "The Book" article should be made then move most of this there.

I think "The Book" should be made into a movie... --RadicalX 12:42, 9 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Sadly, I find myself doing the gag mentioned in the header. Even sadder, people fall for it. Swordmaster 22:01, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
Same here. -- 71.194.230.44 17:34, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

There must be something wrong with me... the only part of this that actually made me laugh was the little section about William the Conqueror. Maybe it's because I've heard of these before but it seems like I'm missing out on something... --Johnfn 13:23, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

And yet there's no mention of "You dropped your gay card"...

At this point, shouldn't this really be...[edit source]

Either Oldest Tricks Book, Book of Oldest Tricks, or Bumper Book of Oldest Tricks? If such a thing existed, that's how a real encyclopedia would do it; then "oldest trick" would then redirect either here or to the subsection on tapping people's shoulders. Obvioulsy, such a change shouldn't be made without agreement, so... who supports? —Lenoxus 03:11, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

One trick missing[edit source]

The infamous fingerpulling joke!
