I paid a linguist $5 on Fiverr to tell me what Brogo13's cryptic messages mean. According to the $5 linguist, when Brogo blanks a page, starts an edit war, and then says something that makes no sense in reply to any questions received, it means that he's saying "I want to be blocked for disruptive editing, like I was on Wikipedia".
