vpl , or so called visible panty line is the outline of oneself's underwear or i.e. panty clearly seen through his or her (usually) tight clothes , especially pant , slack or dress .
like the picture below , a perfect sample , you can clearly see the outline of her panty (with gusset rear seam) through her yellow tight slack while she is bending over to collect her token which is falling to the floor ...
