He was a randomly created piece of crap by the Chinese Evolution. He was believed to be a ghost of the LORD OF CRAP. Therefore, if you see someone like him, whose normally a pile of crap anyways, under any, and all juris-my-dicktion, must be whipped into shape. He was a notable in the conspiracy theory scam. He helped Bush to get bushy, in a bad way, and now is currently in a state of total nausea, and must go to the nearest hospital.
