On CH News you may have heard one of the black people in the audience say "A wigga is a retarded person who cannot help but fail and cry like a LITTLE FAT GIRL. A wigga is usually fat and has a double chin. A wigga may even reach 4 fat chins. You may recognize a wigga when they are helpless, retarded, and more importantly look like LITTLE FAT GIRLS.
