Wigger_17 is the alias of super mega kid Joseph Farrell. Joseph is also known as Joe, Joey, Beppi, Gary Lightbody and Jupiter. He single-handedly created Neptune, swallowed the Berlin Wall and killed Africa's annoying sister-Kirasia. No one knows where Joseph is now, some say he's fighting Superman near another planet named after an element he's weak against, or else swinging around Maine using silk hangings from his Italian mansion from Malaysia.

Wigger_17 is also what happens to Joseph Farrell every February to December. He transforms into a large beaver and roams the earth, wondering how to return to him homeland; Pluto. Unfortunately he cannot go home, because the 'Astronomy Council' created a ban on Pluto being a planet, which is stupid.
