"Welcome back, Grueslayer!" exclaims the driver, revealing himself as the Grue-ologist. "I must say I'm pleasantly surprised."

Anyhow, the Grue-ologist ties you to a makeshift operating table, slices off your genitals, and fashions them into a wind chime.
