So is the Grue Mob. And the Eurg. And a PK n00b. If you played Golden Sun: The Lost Age, you'd know that was a group healing spell.
The Grue Mob is now free of its fatigue, and is ready to devour you completely.
Fortunately, the n00b fires a Light Cannon at the Grue Mob, killing them all.
Unfortunately, the n00b plans to add you to their list of PK'ed players. He/She then plans to use Anger The Walrus on you, but the Eurg destroys him/her because the Grues could not.
By the same logic, since you can not be killed by a Grue either (now), it kills you too.
