Mr. Francis, who created, directed, produced, marketed, promoted and created TGW, got the idea after he received a phone call from a bank named after America. After hearing the offer and paying minimal attention, he scratched his genitals and screamed "Not interested!" The tall, tanned female on the other end of the phone told Joe off with colorful language beginning with the letter "F". In the next tenth of a millisecond, Joe got two things: An idea, and an erection.
