In the world of MMORPGs, all intelligence is lost. This is one of the few places where it's cool to be completely stupid. The way you communicate and interact with others is the biggest part of being cool, so here's a complete guide on being one of the coolest, regular players on any MMORPG.

1. Attitude

This is the most important part of being cool, so read close and be sure to follow every step.

A. "I am the best."

- Say this to yourself every time before you click that l2.exe. You know more than everyone, you are smarter, and you are always right. It doesn't matter that you have only been playing for a week, you are still better than everyone.

B.

Its your duty to let the whole server know that you're better than them.

2. Language and Lingo

Here are a few words/sayings to use in your every day conversations.

A. baf my plix

- Say this to everyone. And I mean everyone. Say this at any given, random time. All your peers will appreciate it and you'll be the talk of the town.

B. 10x

- This is the newest super cool way to say "Thanks." And for those of you who have no clue what the word "thanks" is, it's also "tnx".

C. n00b

- This is what you call anyone and everything. What does it mean? Well just that you're the coolest M.F. to ever walk any MMORPG is what it means. Use it proudly and loudly. There are many variations to this well know, very cool word:

• - newbie (for those of you who just aren't cool enough to use 0's)
• - *oo* (you discovered the word "newbie" yesterday)
• - n00b (you discovered 0's make everything cool)
• - n00bz0rz (Only for those really **** cool people who are better then almost everyone)
• - n00bx0rz3rz0r (Top of the chain. Don't use this unless you are sure you're the coolest person ever; You put the Fonz to shame)

D.

jajajajajajaja/xaxaxaxaxaxa - Since we all know what it means, just be sure that it's super cool to use after every word you spit out.

E.

"u gib adena now plix" - This works best in Giran. Say this to anyone while spamming them with trade requests and they will be sure to empty their pockets for you.

3. The chat system

L2 has a very diverse chat system, but there's only two channels you'll ever need to use, and please, use them all you can.

A. General chat.

This is where you get to use !Shout and show off your uber l33t skillz with your CAPSLOCK KEY. Never turn it off, if you do, you will look weak in the eyes of others. CAPSLOCK is how you are cool when talking.

B. Trade.

Only use this when you want to simply chat with others. Remember, its not for trading, you should use the general chat and !Shout WITH CAPSLOCK for trading.

4. Playing well with others

A.

PK anyone who looks like they are AFK, or at least 20 levels lower then you. You are the best, you are the strongest, show it by killing all the weakest and vulnerable people you see. Be sure to use some of the words we discussed in part 2 after you kill someone. For example say, "u n00bx0rz3rz0r jajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja" after you shoot 20 arrows into an AFK player.

B.

Even though you're the coolest and best player already, act like you're poor. See part 2.E.

C. PVP.

This one is a little tricky. Like PK-ing, you only want to go against people 20 or more levels below you. Also, make sure you have full buffs and that the person you want to PVP with has none. This will ensure how much better and cooler than them you are.

D.

Using other languages. This is a key point to being cool. If someone ever makes you feel stupid, use a language they don't speak to say things like, "I slept with your mom. It was good." -- Even though they don't know what you're saying and will continue to call you a coward because you can't even talk *hi* back in their language, all your friends will want to give you high fives for showing them up in a language they don't know or even care about.

E.

GM communication. Since you are the coolest, most important person on this server, spam all the GMs with any problem you may have. Someone kill you? Tell a GM! Think you're character is bugged because someone kicked your ass? Tell a GM! Don't have any problems? Demand that a GM comes to you, then tell them you forgot. Its your job to waste their time with useless bull*hi*.
