To be or do a giggle pronounced jiggle, is to be tight fisted or very shrewed with money. It isn't just a case of not buying a round at the pub, if you were held at gun point and still reluctnt to give you up the cash, that would be a jiggle!
Another classic example is, when out for a meal with friends or colleagues, they wouldn't just order a main meal they would order 2 but no sides as they think thismakes up for it?
Answer to a jiggle - poo on their desk or stick a blackjack in their car exhaust.
