OneDeuxThreeVier is some new retard on Uncyclopedia who can't even check his own username before he submits it. Though he meant to have one of the numbers en español, he is a (insert witty Mexican insult) and is therefore too lazy to change it now. He is currently typing in third person, making him look like even more of an idiot than he probably is.
