Octabrinaland is the incompetent result of a mixture of two humanoid beings from England who thought it would be a good idea to create a solid mass of sloppy incompetence.
Incompetent is such a stupid word, isn't it? Try saying incompetent many times so that it doesn't sound like a word any more. More a rhythmical pattern of bobbly-wobbly noises coming from one's vocal chords.

A guy is driving a car down a street, when all of a sudden, an old man is signalling the guy to pull over. So, the guy pulls over to talk to the old man.
"Excuse me," the old man exclaims, "Could you tell me what the quickest way to the post office is."
The guy in the car replies, "Sure. Well, are you walking or going by car?"
"I'm going by car." The old man answers.
"Then yes," the guy in the car laughs, "That would be the quickest way."
