Rape is basically sex without consent.
So statutory rape is rape without the whole "not wanting to have sex" part. This is the equivalent of saying you saw Spiderman, just without the whole guy in a blue and red suit who swings around on web like a spider.
From a young age, children are taught that horrific violations of personal space, such as tickling, are hilarious.
