Joseph Goebbels the Second is the creator of the Joseph Goebbels University and is a very ordinary person, other than he's also a CIA stooge bent of worsening the Ukraine crisis. His real identity is a politics Professor of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, who was dissatisfied of the weak radicalism of ukraine, so he decides to open his own school to train radicals against russia. He is known as the "Most influential revolutionary" of 2026, one year after his university's creation.

Joseph Goebbels the Second is not a local Ukrainian, but a Washington agent sent to Ukraine to divide and conquer. When he was sent to ukraine in 2015, he was given the Ukrainian identity by the Ukraine president and became a Professor of politics in the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. However, after 3 months he was not impressed by the already high radicalism of the ukraine nation and decides to push it further. As a result, he built his own university and named it after the nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels. In 2025, the university was set, along with a statue of Joseph Goebbels and Stephan Bandera on the courtyard of the university. The university also acts as his private neo-nazi battalion with barracks and weapon storages, and they also set a few gas chambers and execution stands for Jews and russians, as well as anyone who speaks russian. At the end of world war III, the university killed over 250000 Russian Speakers and jews.

He was the lead of the ukrainian defense force against russia and conquered a small part of russian territory, and worked in unison with USA stooges in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Tibet and many more, all of them which are USA puppets by the time of 2035. Together they conquered many of russia and china's land, but then they were received a massive comeback by the russian forces and china forces. The university was found by Russian forces and was burned, while Joseph Goebbels the Second was shot to death by Russian Forces in an attempt to escape. 300 of His students however, survived and worked underground on hopes to flip back the russian government.

Joseph Goebbels the Second did not have a son, but he does remain 300 students who would conspire to turn over russia, but failed and was deemed as a illegal organization. The students later became descendants of a future space conquest force that is feared by the universe.

Joseph Goebbels the Second does not have any super powers as he is a regular person, but he is very manipulative and can easily and subtly put people under his ideology. In order to cover his identity, he wears a Darth Vader suit in protests.
