Please can someone change the title to say 2013. I made a mistake

Trousers are to be made illegal by the year 2013, experts say. It is part of a plan to make skirts and dresses more fashionable again. UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown agreed that it was a good idea. "I agree, it's a good idea," he said (see I told you). "I'm sick and tired of my legs sweating so much, particularly when I'm in parliament. Things often get quite heated in there."

Other people think it's a good idea for different reasons. For example, a man we spoke to on the street had this to say...

Man On The Street: "Yes, I think it's a wonderful idea, and a very good idea as well, and also an extremely good idea."

Another man on the street gave us a more detailed opinion...

Another Man On The Street: "This will be great for business men in hotter countries. At least now they can gladly walk around in their underpants without getting arrested which is what always used to happen before."

And his wife had this to say...

His Wife: "Yes, and in colder countries, it will encourage more people to stay indoors, which can only be a good thing. I mean, less people outside means less trouble, it only stands to reason."
