This template is used to decorate userpages with a pretty looking notice telling people not to mess with your page, maybe for thrills, hell, I don't know, use it for your own sick pleasure.
To use the template, use it like {{Guardian|[[Article]]|[[User:Your Username|Your Username]]}}. Simple.
