The Nintendo Seal in its natural habitat, in the Japanese Sea right of the coast of Okinawa.

The Nintendo Seal (Technologus electronicus) is a species of seal directly related to the Ross and Weddell's seal well known for its smarts, which are high in relationship to that of other seals. The Nintendo seal is found most in Japan, but they can currently be found along the coast of Japan and along Asia from Russia to the South China Sea.

Discovery of the Nintendo Seal[edit | edit source]

"Once upon a time, there were only the Earth, the sun, the gods, and the Seven Wonders of the World, but with this fantastic discovery, we have etched our names into the universal history books..."

And with that fascinating speech, Shigeru Miyamoto and three partners discovered the Nintendo Seal. It was, in fact, just a normal discovery of a species not previously known to man, and not an amazing discovery like the quote would have suggested, but to the men it was the most fantastic moment in the history of the Earth.

The reason the Nintendo Seal had been undiscovered for so long was that they were actually pixelated, and therefore not real. The technology of Miyamoto and his search partners led to the finding of the Pixel Cave, where the Nintendo Seal holograms were located. The hologram projectors were hidden in the walls of the cave (which was, in fact, a hologram in itself).
