Newsvine is a website where people can write biased and wrong articles about politics. Mostly it is just a bunch of libertarians talking about how "they are high right now." Many times Newsvine articles and the comments that come after them just become a shouting contest. A contest of who says "I am right because I am" louder than anyone else.
The main reason that libertarians like the site so much is because they are a bunch of greedy capitalists. Newsvine allows you to make money every month if you get enough views. Intelligent people donate this money to a good cause like the Family Literacy Foundation. However, the majority of site viewers, libertarians, get the money by Pay Pal and use it to vandalize John McCain's MySpace.
There are two ways to spread news in Newsvine, one way is to write an article. These articles usually are just someone’s unwarranted and pointless opinion. Based on how many people disagree with you, you get a certain amount of comments. The more comments you get the more money you get! The second way is to 'seed the vine. This allows you to link
