Good Night is the final song on The Beatles Racist Caucasian White Ku Klux Klan Album released in 1968. The song also featured vocals from Barney.
Recording[edit | edit source]
The song was recorded in Apple Studios in November 1968 as an lullaby for John Lennon's son Julien. The vocals were sung by both Ringo Starr and Barney. The orchestra was composed by George Martin, the "fifth" Beatle along with an beautiful choir of singers and violins.
Reception[edit | edit source]
Critics' called it "the perfect way to get out of the craziness of "Revolution 393", and into an relaxing and soothing violin lullaby with Barney's somewhat less annoying voice. The reason why "Good Night" came after "Revolution 393", was that it helped sooth the listener after all of that Avant-Garde weirdness.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
The Huggies' "Good Nights" "diapers" were named after this song.
