The International Panther Association Council of Uncyclopedia Party (IPACUP, I-pəh-khəp) is a Pantherism party. Is the founding member of the Pantherist Political Movement Organization of Parties (PPMOP, pronounced pə-MU-pə).

The IPACUP was founded in Yassakia Bay, UotP (Yassakia is pronounced the same as its spelling) on September 18th, 2024. A subsidiary of the UotP
