Observations on users

Cat the Colourful

They apparently support pro-cat propaganda. Username checks out.

"Horse-Hugging Pony War-Conflict-Fiasco"

It's a little feud between users on who the best pony is. Two of the participants created a project page on it, but that got deleted. I'm not sure if it's been happening at all recently.

Lyrithya

Lyrithya's signature has some cool writings in its currently unused "big versions" that can be found if you hover your mouse over its text. Do be warned that the text for the user "Roman Dog Bird" is just a racial slur. *robotic sigh*

The more recently used small signature has a cool symbol for its talk page link. I don't know what the symbol is.

Observations on pages

Transcluding featured articles

Transcluding a featured article onto a non-featured article without removing the featured tags, templates, etc will cause the non-featured article to appear in the "recently featured" segment of the Main Page. Said article will not actually show up as a feature in the Main Page. This observation was found through messing about with the sandbox.

Observations on other site stuff

The AAAAAAAAA! tag

This tag is automatically defined by the server, and places itself onto any edit with a summary containing 5 consecutive capital letter A's. Lowercase A's will not count towards the tag, no matter what. If consecutive capital A's are used, but only in strings that never reach the fifth A, the tag will not activate.

The CHICKEN tag

This tag's use is sparse and appears to be completely arbitrary. I don't think it's been used on stuff relating to actual chickens.

Spaces

The site's MediaWiki doesn't allow a series of spaces containing more than 1 space. This breaks some stuff, such as the Fisher Price article.
