As you continue down the hallway, you notice the Grue must be awfully big or have more than one companion. Asylum staff are strewn about like toys amidst debris. Then you notice what is behind one of the overturned medical carts: A Scalpel. It looks as if it's never been used. It's unstained. Untainted. Pure. Righteous.
At the instant you pick up the small knife, you hear roaring from down the blood-stained hall as a Grue emerges from around the corner.
