The blood bottle.

You tried to examine the blood bottle. However, one of your arms, the one that was holding the moccasin, has a sudden reaction to it; almost as if the moccasin had life on its own, and was leading your arm that was holding it. The moccasin strikes down the blood bottle and breaks it in half. The blood that was inside it sweeps into a crack inside the shack, never to be seen again. Whatever that blood was for, it seems now it will never fulfill its use.

Not that you care. It was blood inside a bottle. Probably one of the creepiest things you've encountered here, and it wasn't long ago since you've woken up here.
