You choose to keep a safe pace. A car speeds past, and stops at a red traffic light, which you're forced to get in line too. People just outside the bar see you driving drunk, and call police, plus a camera has already caught you. You're too distracted to see the light's already yellow, but upon noticing then moving it turns red again.
