You sit in the trash and think about all the horrible things you've done. All those poor people you killed. Those orphanages you burned. All those innocent seals you blew up. That time you robbed a bank. Leveling Ojai to nothing but a smoldering ruin, even if it was a shithole. You keep sitting.

Hours pass. Weeks. Years, even. Miraculously, no one takes out the trash in all that time. although it still seems like those townfolk are pissed at you, so they will still be chasing you once you get out. if it matters. does it matter? Does anything matter? Does getting to Boston, truly, matter? You think about these things, and decide to finally get out of the trash.
