Returns the index number of a page given the namespace. For instance:
{{nsi|{{NAMESPACE}}}}
Would return the index of the namespace that that it's listed in (so here would be Template, which would return a namespace of 10)
The index number is useful for searches by prefix index, and other minor tasks.
Latter versions of MediaWiki have {{ns:}} as a function. Current MediaWiki version is 1.39.5 (06d96fb)
