In keeping with the whole parody of Wikinews, this template was stolen from Wikinews.
Takes parameters:
- title - for infobox title
- category - what category to pull the related news from
- image - image filename
- about - more about whatever, some linkable page
- list - use instead of a category to manually list other articles if you don't want to have it automatically pull related stories from a category
