Whenever an article on Uncyclopedia is mentioned in an actual news or other media source in lieu of them reporting on anything useful, you can add this template to the article as a badge of honor.

Note: Pages with this template are added to Category:Uncyclopedia pages referenced by the press.

Usage

In case the URL or Publisher name has an equals (=) sign, you will have to call the parameters directly

The URL parameter is optional, although strongly recommended, otherwise there's no point to actually adding the template. Using an archived link from sites such as the Internet Archive is greatly encouraged, to prevent dead links for when the publisher inevitably deletes the article out of shame.
