Template:HoS instructions

If you are creating an entry for a user, please ensure that the name is spelt correctly and that the user is not already there. Also, please don't create entries for users without the specified number of features (presently 3), as the DPL does not currently check for that.

Anyhow, fill out the table, list and link the features, and please, for the love of all things shiny, use real numbers. You can, however, change the name it displays by adding a name= parameter.
