I LIKE PIE!!!!
Images[edit source]
I restored the "Napoleon on a motorcycle" image to its full, "irresponsible" size, as I believe that that is where most of its humor comes from in this context. The idea is that it's big because of Napoleon's "complex." The motorcycle is really nothing more than a bit of anachronistic absurdity that made me chuckle when I first saw it, while the large size of the image is actually relevant in the context of the article. I would also like to announce that I have an extremely inadequate penis which I compensate for by insisting that my uploaded images are inconviently large and try to cover it up by saying it's a reference to Napolean's inferiority complex, when, in reality, it's my inferiority complex. --Kwakerjak 05:58, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
Great article - but Wellington was Anglo-Irish, not English... As the 'other' guys will attest!
Arg, someone is raping this article repeatedly! -- Camelpimp
The problem with this is Napoleon was 5'7". Satire is an utter failure if you don't know the facts.
- Oh, I knew that. It's just that back then, 5'7" was an average height for a European man, so I had to make him "shorter" if I wanted to properly satirize the public conception of Napoleon. And somebody else tacked on that last sentence about me having an inadequate penis to my first comment, by the way (click the history tab and see for yourself). To whoever you are, I say this: just because something is true doesn't mean you have the right to tell it to everybody on the internet. --Kwakerjak 23:15, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Oh, great. Now the archived version is permanently besmirched with a lame joke about the LA Clippers. --Kwakerjak 23:18, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Actually, Napoleon was taller than average, as far as frenchmen went, so he didn't have a Napoleon Complex at all. But seeing as a lot of people still believe he did, I suppose its still good to leave that theme in the article as a satire of public opinion... or something. 71.116.78.27 22:53, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Reecent merge[edit source]
I recently merged Napoleon I to the current article, however given the content content, someone may want to look over and rewrite the recent additions. MadMax 16:32, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Napoleon the Pig[edit source]
Is it worth mentioning Napoleon the Pig, the main antagonist of Animal Farm in this article and how he's called Cesar in the French version because French law prohibits naming a pig Napoleon? Maybe someone should create an article for him. --92.5.92.77 11:34, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Napoleon[edit source]
Napoleon Bonaparte was never blown apart. I also am fond of pie, much like the person at the top of the page. -- Hindleyite Converse • ?pedia 19:17, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
