I don't understand the instructions for doing the thing. I want to be able to do it.

Its really not difficult, sir. Take your right hand and stick it out in front of you flat. Then take your left and do the same. Then, place your right hand on top of your left hand (still flat). After that, stick your thumbs away from the rest of your hands (mitten style), and wiggle them around. There you have it, AWKWARD TURTLE.
