Rahul Rajiv Gandhi (also called Pappu) is the son of Italian born Indian politician Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi (who was assassinated in 1991). This young fella had no interest in politics whatsoever, and he instead founded a company in Mumbai after completing his formal education. The company, cleverly named Backops Services (because it was always one step back from actually doing anything profitable), specialized in "technology outsourcing", which is a fancy way of saying "answering phones for confused foreigners while pretending to be in California". However to not let down his Italian mother, Pappu was forced to enter Indian Politics, thus bringing a end to the golden Pappu Entrepreneur Era (PEE).


This cutie was born on 19 June 1970. And if you are so blissfully ignorant to not know that he is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC), that's one on you. Pappu is currently serving as the 12th Leader of Opposition in Lok sabha and as the member of Lok Sabha for Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. If you do not understand any of these terms, don't worry, I don't too. I just copied pasted from other website.

Being a heir of the Nehru-Gandhi family, he was basically destined to be a member of the INC, which is not at all surprising. Dynastic Progression basically runs in the vein of this wicked family.
