Why Photoshop and Paint as the only two options? There's plenty of free stuff (GIMP, Irfanview and the like) that can do far more than whatever is bundled with one certain operating system... --Carlb 13:45, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, it needs some references to other image software and formats. Perhaps I should have been a bit more general when talking about 'Photoshop and other such programs'.
