I really think most people don't need to worry, in my day nerds (yes I'm one) actually READ BOOKS, which this article doesn't even mention (in fact the word book isn't even in it), so I think many people are falsely self-identifying as nerds, poor deluded souls.

Technically what is a nerd? Is it someone obsessed with something or what?

My brain just rotted.
