I am Hrodulf. Yes, that Hrodulf. I am evading a ban by posting this, so it will probably be deleted. That is ok. I can t stop anything from happening here. I am no more or less powerful now than I was as a user who wrote over thirty hilarious unnews articles, How To Get Started Editing (with others), or Ask HAL 9000.
I am a political prisoner, but I was also in the wrong. My flame-war, while an emotional reaction to what occurred, was misguided. But in my extreme emotional state, I was unable to control myself.
All that being said, what has been particularly troubling to me are a few things:
1)Me being subjected to rules for flaming that an admin who flamed me was not subjected to
2)The complete failure of anybody here (except one person who I will not name for privacy reasons) to have even an ounce of sympathy for my reasonable position.
3)The hypocricy of being flamed by others for my flame war. Nobody who wants to criticize me for flaming has the right to tell me to go back to preschool.
I am indifferent about returning. Either lift my ban or do not. My life and the life of this website will go on fine either way. At least by knowing what we both know now, maybe we managed to have an interesting life experience and actually learn something from this disaster.
Or maybe not.
Bye for now, do not know if anyone will read this, or if I will ever talk to you all again. Sorry about the flames, I was in a very angry state when I did all that. That was not really me, it was a monster. That monster does not live here anymore.
