Actually, I believe anything 1923 or later could still be under copyright. So it would be under Fair Use or, like most copyright violations, UN:N --Mn-z 04:45, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

If I remember correctly, in the U.S. it has to be renewed, but this switched companies, and blah blah blah. Actually, I suspect it's already out of copyright--companies weren't too worried about this kind of thing back then. But I'm not positive. King of the Internet Alden Loveshade???
